GRAFFINET FINITION BI is coloured paint protection of 2 component polyurethane .

GRAFFINET FINITION BI is highly resistant against bad weather conditions and chemical aggression.

Graffiti’s can easily being removed with AVIRON GRAFFINET cleaner (Ref.: 505 180) without damaging the base coating.

A maximum protection is achieved within 72 Hr after application at  20°C – humidity  50%.

SURFACE PREPERATIONS

Remove oil, grease and all impurities from the surface, gloss surfaces needs to be roughened (DTU.59.1.) Check adhesion ( NFT 30 062).Clean surface to be protected, by chemical or sand blasting as all impurities will remain visible once this protection is applied and can no longer be removed

SURFACE TREATMENT :

On bricks and porous stone apply 2 layers of AVIRON FIXADER (Ref. 308 800)  until the surface is fully absorbed with the product

Paint over after 24 Hr.

FINISHING COTE :  apply 1 or 2 layers AVIRON GRAFFINET BI

PHISICAL CARACTERISTICS

One layer of 50 micron after draying for 48 Hr at 20C.

- Friction resistance : perfect: more than 100 cleanings without alterations

- Thermal resistance : -40C tot + 100C.

- UV resistance : excellent no loss of colour

- vapour transparency : NON

- Resistance against high pressure cleaning : excellent.

- the product once applied can only be removed with extreme chemical paint removers

USE

- Mix the base well with the hardener Ref. 506 060

- Only mix the quantity needed for about 6 Hr work.

- Apply the product in crossed layers.

- Do not apply in full sun or heated surfaces.

- Tools and spots can be cleaned with diluting product Ref.505 346.

- Due to the fact that this product has an extremely adhesion and fast drying time , wear gloves at all time .
