Description and application               AVIRON CLEANING GEL is a mechanical cleaning past to remove smoke stains, soot, dirt dust and nicotine from interior walls, statues , natural stones , marble , plaster statues , wood and bricks  When applied if forms a film that after drying can be pealed off and all pollution is removed with the film

Two standard formulas are available : AVIRON CLEANING GEL  I and AVIRON CLEANING GEL II (contains  EDTA).
Depending on the surface more types can be offered after testing.

Application                                         AVIRON CLEANING GEL is a thick paste and is applied with a long hair brush, roller or sprayed.   The min application temperature is 8°C.  soot and dirt are well absorbed if applied by rotating the brush on to the surface.  The ideal thickness is between 0.3 tot 0.6 mm, depending on the roughness of the surface. AVIRON XETALCLEAN is light beige and become more transparent when drying, this indicating the forming of the film.  We advice to let it dry for min. 24 Hr and max. 36 Hr.  Do not apply on hot surfaces.

The ammonium contend of0,5% will evaporate after application so it will not have damaging effects.

USE                                                    0.5 kg to 2 kg/m² depending on the surface

Remarks                                             AVIRON CLEANING GEL may not be stored longer than 24 Hr in direct sunlight and may not be diluted.

The film is environmentally safe unless the surface to be cleaned contained dangerous substances
