Aviron Parkdeck / Safegrip emulsion

Cationic polymer modified bitumen emulsion for a double layer surface dressing to provide wear resistant and waterproof layer on concrete or asphalt parking decks, ramps and platforms.

 

Application

 

Concrete :

first sandblast the surface to remove the concrete skinlayer ( making it rough)

spray one layer of Aviron SAFEGRIP on the surface ( 1.5 Kg/Mē)

Apply +/-10 Kg/Mē of broken gravel ( 2-6 mm)

Spray an additional layer of Aviron Safegrip ( 1.5 Kg/Mē)

Apply final layer of  broken gravel  (2-6mm) +/-10 Kg/Mē

Remove lose gravel by brushing it of

               

Old roofing ( asphalts )

Apply first a fiberglass reinforced layer of Aviron PP306DR as intermediate layer ( 2.5 Kg/Mē)

spray one layer of Aviron SAFEGRIP on the surface ( 1.5 Kg/Mē)

Apply +/-10 Kg/Mē of broken gravel ( 2-6 mm)

Spray an additional layer of Aviron Safegrip ( 1.5 Kg/Mē)

Apply final layer of  broken gravel  (2-6mm) +/-10 Kg/Mē

Remove lose gravel by brushing it of

 

Aviron Parkdeck/Safegrip is applied on roof parkings and access roads. Aviron Parkdeck/Safegrip is a

Polymer modified emulsion that is sanded in with broken gravel. The finishing is been asheeved in two layers with a total thickness of 5-8mm. The colour is obtained by the sanding in material.


Aviron Parkdeck/Safegrip is a wear- and slip free surface that protects the underlying surface against penetration of water, dirt and salt. In combination with additional layers one can obtain a full waterproof system
